AAXA Technologies is a dynamic startup specializing in consumer technology. We manufacture and sell innovative products through major platforms like Amazon and Best Buy, while also offering OEM services for customized solutions. My role encompasses account management, product development, OEM sales, and general office administration. In this portfolio, I’ll highlight my work in product development and OEM, experiences that have honed my skills and prepared me to excel as an engineer.

Product Development

At AAXA Technologies, I had the opportunity to manage product lines across both projector and EV products. Through this role, I gained hands-on experience in the complete product development cycle, from initial market research to final product launch. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

What I Learned from OEM Experiences:

  1. Balancing Customer Satisfaction and Company Priorities: It's crucial to keep customers happy, but the company's interests must always come first.
  2. MOQ as a Communication Foundation: Understanding that Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) often forms the basis of effective communication with clients.
  3. Educating Customers: Sometimes, it's necessary to educate customers to ensure everyone is aligned and on the same page.

Accomplishment at AAXA

  1. Successfully led the launch of three projector products, employing strategic communication with buyers across various platforms to maximize the visibility and exposure of the new products.
  2. Managed OEM and RMA products, dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the company's interests.
  3. Responsible for inventory and office management, swiftly mastering essential office software including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and others.
